Love this full service Spa! I’ve been coming here since June & have been getting my nails done with Kisbel. She’s attentive, cares about my nails, and leaves them absolutely gorgeous everytime!!! I highly recommend Kisbel and this spa over all.

I had a terrible experience at this salon on Thursday, September 25th. I came in for a gel manicure, and within minutes of leaving, the polish started lifting — it clearly wasn’t cured properly. I had to turn around and go back almost immediately to have it fixed, despite paying nearly $80 for the service. Redoing the manicure so soon caused serious damage. My nails became paper-thin and fragile, and the shape was uneven. Within one day, every single nail had torn or broken. The damage was so bad, I had to go to another salon just to repair what they had done. I've had many types of nail services over the years (gel, dip, acrylic, etc.) and have never experienced this kind of damage. The manager gave me her number and told me to reach out if I had any issues. I did — and got completely ignored. No response, no apology, no accountability. To make matters worse, they charge extra for every little thing. For the price, I expected quality and professionalism — I got neither. To future clients: stay away from this place.

I’ve been going to Ani for my nails for a while now, and she is absolutely amazing! She consistently does a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. On top of her incredible skills, her customer service is top-notch and makes every appointment enjoyable. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Kisbel did an amazing job with my mani and pedi! She’s gentle and her attention to details are immaculate. 💯 & let me tell you about Yanet! She is so knowledgeable as a hairdresser and left my hair looking so shiny and healthy. Definitely worth the price 🙏🏼 9/26/24 I keep coming back and Ceci Spa keeps delivering!!! Keydis did my nails today and omgg she’s so talented!! I booked her on Vagaro last minute and was able to see me earlier than my appointment time (they text you when they’re ready for you). Love my results. Ladies and gentlemen I highly recommend this place! 🥰❣️
