VIP NAIL SPA

Went and asked for a dark red holiday sparkly nail, after an hour and a half they then tell me they don’t have that color or finish that I specifically showed a picture before starting any service. The tech nicked me during the drilling and my ring finger has a small cut and has been sore for days. When I said this clearly wasn’t the color, the tech got angry with me. Finally said just to forget it, they then said the shaping of the nails with no color would be $45, then the manager upped it to $55. After wasting my Saturday morning, I had to go find another salon that did a perfect job. I wish this business would have been honest on the front end that they could not give me what I had asked for, before saying they could then not being able to. I left with half done nails, that had leftover color buffed off of them, and had to rush to find another place ahead of a holiday event. Will never go back here. Attached is a photo of what I asked for - a red holiday nail. Attached is a photo of them painting my nails black and putting a PINK cat eye on the pinky to show me it was like the photo I asked for. Please be honest and upfront with your clients if you don’t have the proper tools and products so they have the opportunity to decide how their time is spent and/or wasted.

She knows how to create beautiful and aesthetically pleasing nails while also protecting the nails and their health. I’m very particular about my nails, and Erica not only did an amazing job. She completely exceeded my expectations! I was recommended to her by a friend and was blown away by her attention to detail and skill. I live in Boynton Beach and still drive all the way just to have Erica do my nails.. she’s that good! My encounter with the fair Erica was most wondrous indeed! I did request a Hallows Eve cat-eye design in gel, and lo — it was brought forth precisely as I had dreamt. With steadfast hand and eye most keen, she tendeth to every detail, ensuring perfection in each stroke. My cuticles, once forlorn, are now neat and trim beneath her careful grace. I also received a pedicure most divine, leaving my feet as those of a gentle nymph newly risen from the springs. The atmosphere was calm and pleasing to the soul. Verily, I shall return anon to place mine hands and feet once more in Erica’s most capable care!

It's always a good day when I get to see Henry at VIP Nail Spa. He is the best! From understanding my requests, to coming up with different ideas for designs, to always doing an outstanding job. I go back every 2-3 weeks and have been for the last 2+ years. Highly recommend the whole staff as I've been serviced by others when Henry is not available. Everyone is so nice, kind, and knowledgeable.
