My experience with Ida, my stylus was extremely positive. She is very professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and she proceeded to make it happen. I never smelt any harsh chemicals. I never felt her harshly touching my head. What I felt was her being very methodical with my hair.I keep going, but I don’t have any more space . I like a darker base with chunky highlights. I don’t like a lot brass orange or red in my hair

I’ve fallen in love with the Yoga Studio, Vitality Booth and Recovery Room. I had experienced an injury and could not re engage with a yoga community for the last 5 years, no matter how much I tried. I was devastated. I have come here many years for facials with Gilda (which are amazing). So I was excited to see they had begun to offer yoga since I had last been on the island. I started private lessons with Gilda. Those sessions brought me out of my shell again. I went to a group class, it was beautiful, and I had found what was lost. I’ve been a regular participant at class ever since. The instructors are incredible, Krissy, Gilda and Glenda. There is Ariel yoga too! The wellness space on the second floor is airy, clean and serene. I highly recommend going to a class and taking advantage of their compression therapy followed by the vitality booth. Red light therapy is all the rage right now and for good reason. It’s been around for decades and finally become a mainstream juggernaut for anti aging. I would hope anyone living here or visiting comes to experience the many services and experiences they provide. The products are amazing too! Top notch!

I was staying at Cheeca Lodge for a wedding and scheduled appointments for a manicure/pedicure, hair, and makeup. The entire team was incredible! Nebo, my nail tech, was absolutely fantastic. Michelle, my stylist, did an amazing job with hair and makeup. And Erin and Dea at the front desk were so warm, welcoming, and accommodating — truly the best! ❤️❤️ From the quick follow-up to the beautiful, relaxing environment, the experience was perfect from start to finish. They offer full salon services, and even yoga classes! Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

The salon I visited recently was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the space was absolutely beautiful—stylish, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed right away. I took an aerial yoga class with Gilda, and she created such a calming, grounding experience that I felt completely refreshed afterward. Her guidance was gentle, reassuring, and perfect for all levels. On top of that, everyone in the salon was incredibly welcoming and kind. The staff made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting, and you could tell they genuinely cared about creating a wonderful experience for every guest. Overall, it was a stunning space with amazing people, and I left feeling completely renewed.

My girlfriend and I visited Ciao Bella for yoga Saturday morning and spa services later in the afternoon. We traveled from Vero Beach for a wellness and recharge weekend; Gilda (owner) and Chrissy (our yoga instructor) couldn't have made us feel more welcome! A few yogis arrived a little late to class and Gilda immediately moved to the back of the room and others in the room made room for them to practice next to each other. This small act embodies true compassion and community. Our flow was the perfect balance of challenge, restoration, and grounding. The sound gong during our final rest (shavasana) was just heavenly and offered the perfect ending to our practice. Gilda provided matcha cookies and tea after class, what a treat! I had compression therapy on my hips and legs later in the day followed by the vitality booth... amazzzinggggggg. We highly recommend visiting Ciao Bella on your next visit to Islamorada! They are expanding their wellness offerings; we were bummed to miss aerial yoga offered on Wednesdays. Thank you to all the staff at Ciao Bella, we can't wait to come back!! xoxo
