KP Nails

Got my nais done there for the first time, there were kids that kept being loud the woman had to keep walking away to deal with the kids my nails were lumpy uneven and had sharp edges that dug into the sides of my nailbeds and after a week the acrylic was crumbling, I dont know if it was expired but the nail polish as well didn't stick well to the acrylic and was peeling off. I wouldn't recommend going here for the services they provided and the quality of the work the price was outrageous. The pedicure the guy instead of tripping the skin ripped it off caused me to bleed twice and I now have a scar on my bug toe from where they stabbed the clippers into the side of my toe, he kept turning away to watch what I can only assume was a Korean drama on the TV where the adio was directed into his earbuds and no one else could even hear or understand what was going on. No music just the sound of kids in the background and the service was horrible. I will not be going back to this place.

First time here, within 2 days, nail polish came off. It was gel.

Just moved to Inverness and I don’t get my nails done as often as I used to because of school and working in the medical field. However, my baby shower is this weekend and I wanted to treat myself. I didn’t get the names but the techs were super nice and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely be back soon!

First time customer mani pedi. Not a relaxing experience and felt rushed. Prefer listening to relaxing music....not kids watching cartoons. Scrub and massage were very rough, fast, and aggressive. Kind of the opposite of what I would think to expect. Massage was really the only comforting thing. I will not be returning.
