Mai (hope I got the name right) was my technician, and she did an outstanding job. Being 8 months pregnant, I can no longer reach my toes, and she took great care of them. 2024-12-29I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Tony during my recent visit to Tipsy Salon for a classic mani/pedi with French tips. I’ve always had great experiences at Tipsy, usually with John or Tiffany, so this was the first time I left feeling dissatisfied. While the massage and scrub were fine, the nail cleaning and polish application were subpar and definitely not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from this salon. As someone who holds Tipsy Salon in high regard, this experience was especially frustrating. I even mentioned the issue to Tiffany, who kindly offered to redo my nails, but unfortunately, we had another appointment we couldn’t miss. Also, I’m beyond frustrated to even ask for a refund. I just wanna leave the place coz I’m not a confrontational person, however if they believe they did a poor job, they shouldn’t let the customers leave unhappy and frustrated and should even offer a refund. I really hope the salon takes steps to ensure all technicians are properly trained and can consistently provide the level of service that Tipsy is known for. This experience definitely put a damper on my day. Update: I really appreciate it when Lisa called me a few hours after offering a credit I can use to redo my nails. Thank you!

2025-10-11Jim did absolutely wonderful work on my nails, long coffin, pink and white acrylics, I would highly recommend him! The salon itself is very beautiful and the staff is so lovely. Definitely the nicest Salon I have seen in South Florida by far!
