I’ve been to Sunshine Nails twice now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The first time I came in, I got a pedicure, and the second time I went for dip nails with some cute nail art. It was actually my first time trying dip nails, and I’m SO impressed! The results are flawless. My nails look amazing, and they’ve lasted so well. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the salon has such a relaxing atmosphere. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect, which I really appreciate. I love that they offer a wide range of nail art options too! I left both times feeling pampered and satisfied. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and great nails!

My 93-year-old mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I have been loyal customers for months now, and every visit feels like a treat. Le and Kim are absolute artists! They have an incredible eye for creating stylish, seasonal nail designs. Their recent fall creations were absolutely stunning - they always know exactly how to capture the perfect seasonal vibe. But beyond their artistic talent, they both have such wonderful senses of humor that make every appointment feel like visiting friends. The service is outstanding - they're always punctual, work efficiently without rushing, and the thoughtful touches like providing water make all the difference. We never have trouble getting seated together, which means the world to us for our monthly girls' outings. The entire team is exceptional. Helen, Kevin, Lisa, and Rosy are all skilled professionals who contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every nail technician here maintains the same high standards of quality and service. The atmosphere is perfect - spotlessly clean and genuinely feels like a spa experience rather than just a nail salon. It's become our monthly tradition, and at 93, my mother-in-law always looks forward to our visits! This has been the best nail salon experience I have ever Had. I got a gel pedicure and an acrylic full set removal. My gel pedicure was amazing. I had the best foot/Leg massage I have ever had in my life. I also got a French job pedicure and it is exactly like the picture that I showed them not only were the service, but they were genuinely so kind to me and as a woman of color I have not experienced that at other Jupiter nail salons. I recently visited Sunshine Nails for a mother-daughter day to get manicures and pedicures together. This salon is tucked away in a quiet location, and I often forget it’s there. However, since many nail salons close on Sundays during the off-season, I figured it was the perfect opportunity to give them another try. I called ahead and was told they were busy at that exact moment, but they made two reservations for us to come in about an hour later. Upon arrival, they were finishing up with some customers while we picked our colors. When I asked for the WiFi password, one of the staff members curtly told me, “It’s the phone number, you called here, you can find it on your phone.” I was taken aback by his tone, as that’s not how you expect to be spoken to when you’re seeking repeat business. My daughter decided just to have a manicure, so we sat down, and they started working on my nails. However, they finished my manicure, and my daughter was still just sitting there, waiting. The uneven filing job and the nude nail color left on my skin were disappointing, and I’ve included pictures so you can see what I mean. They then took me to the pedicure chair, and my daughter was still waiting for her manicure to start. I asked if someone was going to do her nails, and the woman working on me said she would once she was done with my pedicure. This completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation together. To make matters worse, several staff members were standing around the salon not working, and I couldn’t understand why no one was doing my daughter’s nails. I didn’t want to spend an extra 30+ minutes waiting after I was done. The entire process left me confused and frustrated. To top it off, when I requested a gel French pedicure, the technician seemed confused, which left me regretting that decision too. Overall, this visit reminded me why I haven’t made Sunshine Nails my go-to spot for nail services. I had hoped for a relaxing mother-daughter day, but unfortunately, this experience missed the mark.
