My absolute favorite nail spot! ✨ Sweet T is truly the best! She is so talented, sweet, and smart. Her shaping is flawless, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and give tips for upkeep. She loves a challenge too, which makes every set feel so worth it. Lucy has been amazing as well! She is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The whole salon is super clean and professional, which makes every visit such a good experience. I 100% recommend this place, it’s the only spot I trust and I’ll definitely be back for all my nail days. 💅💖

Honestly, this was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I waited about 10–20 minutes for a tech — no problem, I didn’t have an appointment. But once she started, it felt like she was racing to finish. It wasn’t a relaxing spa moment at all — more like I was just enduring it. She was so rough I kept worrying she was going to cut me… and she did. She nicked my pinky while removing my cuticle, and two days later it’s still sore. I wasn’t even going to call for a refund until I noticed the soreness, saw the cut, and my friend pointed out how uneven the nails looked — they even thought I had done them myself. When I called, the manager said they could fix it, but I’m visiting from out of town and won’t drive 1.5 hours back to let them “fix” it. I have no confidence in their service and won’t be returning. He offered $15 back out of the $41 I paid with tip and mentioned a hand massage was included… which was news to me, because I never got one. Overall, just a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

July 26, 2025 My mom and I had a nail appointment at 2:30pm, we were sat at 2:15. The first nail tech filed off my gel polish, owner, Jimmy was walking around looking at all the work being done. Next thing I know; the guy sat in front of me leaves. The lady owner, Lucy, comes over to me and states that they just had an interview and would like to see the lady’s work, so they sit her in front of me (mind you no time to say no, it really wasn’t a question) the interviewee goes out to her car to grab her nail tools and comes in to do my nails. (no sanitation) When she finishes she shows the owner… the owner did not like them and very abruptly asked me “if I have time” then he sat me down at his area and redoes my nails. This took more than 2 hours from start to finish now. I found out that my mom still paid full price for this service. I called the salon and Jimmy answered, his response to me asking for a full or partial refund was “why should I refund you because you were in the salon longer?” (also he stated he was with a customer while taking my phone call) He said he would call me back in 10 minutes but he did not. It was two hours later and I was in the doctors office. My only concern now is that this lady could have not been licensed or had unsanitary utensils and tools as she grabbed them from her car. Then a few days later I received a phone call and it was Lucy, who now was also having an attitude with me stating that they will not lose money over my experience by not discounting or refunding. She offered 15% off AFTER I cut her off to tell her how Jimmy acted. $7 off my usual service - what a joke. This situation has been reported to the BBB and they have refused to respond to them so now i’m making sure everyone knows how sketchy my situation was and how rude the owners can get. I have now found a new private nail salon to spend my money at and will not be returning for a funny $7 “discount”. OH also my nails that the owner “fixed”??? they look god awful - thick and square which I asked for coffin and he told me how bad it would look on my hands. The interviewee also cut me pretty bad down the side of my nails with the file. A few days later I get caught up with the stomach flu… now I wonder where that came from? Probably this lady’s unsterile tools she grabbed from her car. If you made it to the end you may also have decided to support a better salon as they are on every corner.

Sweet T always does a phenomenal job on my nails. She is kind, consistent, and will listen to what you have in mind of nails. She did a dark red cat eye tap gel manicure for Halloween!
