2025-04-23Everyone seemed genuinely nice. I have a guy , don't know who, he didn't intro himself, doing a spa pedi and basic mani/no polish . Pedi was okay. I didn't see the tools were sanitary to my discomfort. When we got to mani I was really thinking to ditch it and not get it. Figured I'd just do a cut/file/cuticle. Requested nails short. All but two were cut below my nail bed. Then he tried to file them like this. He left my R hand in the water for ~1 min but the L so long it was wrinkled and hurt. My nails are thick and he should have known to soak longer but went after the nail so hard on one it still aches. All of my nails and nail bed area skin around the tip, feel painful. . he used the tool to scrape down my entire nail towards the cuticle.. he used cuticle cutters to stab at my cuticle and yank it but he never actually got anything he was just making my actual nail damaging that and my cuticles. Finally I had to just stopped him in the middle of it and I couldn't even compose myself. He should have known better. And I wasn't going to explain why everything was so bad but I will share pictures. They charged me fully too.
