LUXURY NAILS & SPA NAPLES

What I got-What I asked for-After I filed/fixed myself. (Order of photos) Disappointed is a good word to use. My first issue is sanitation and infection control. Dena used old files on me. Anyone who knows anything about nails knows you are to use a new file on EACH client. The white files she used on me had such a brown tinge to them. I can only imagine how many other people’s nails they’ve been used on. That is a big no no in the nail industry. I was turned off immediately from that point forward. Now let’s talk about the nails themselves. I personally don’t think what I asked for looks anything close to what I got today. I did ask for a more nude base which she delivered on. The French tip shape is different and the shape of the nail could not be replicated. I even asked her to straighten them more to a point rather than an almond shape probably 3 times at least. I even showed her the reference picture multiple times. I understand that pointed stiletto is a newer growing in popularity shape and it takes a little longer to do, but women shouldn’t be sent out with a shape they aren’t asking for just to get another client in the chair. If a tech is uncomfortable or unfamiliar with a shape or design please communicate that. I would have loved to walk out of the shop today 100% satisfied. I paid $100 today for this set. $100 for risk of infection and sloppy work that does not look like $100 worth of work. I came home immediately and had to fix/file them myself. Who wants to pay $100 to go home and fix their nails after just getting them done? Not me. Opt for quality over quantity, it’ll bring back business. Also maybe follow state board regulations as well… sharing files is disgusting. Care for clients better. Should I mention I’m a LNT here in Florida? (I kept my mouth shut about it while in the chair because I wasn’t about to be rude to Dena and act cocky) I just didn’t want to do my own nails for once. Never again. I’d rather spend 3 hours on my own than do this ever again. The salon itself is pretty and “Luxury” is in the name but the final product is not that.

I went to this nail salon for the first time and it will be the last. I had a manicure and I should have noticed how thick and old the nail polish looked. The technician’s long nails were dirty underneath. I should have just walked out then. When he put the polish on, it was thick and lumpy and started chipping the next day. I took the polish off and noticed the top layer looked like it came off. The lady I spoke to wanted to blame it on the tech back home. Whenever I have the home technician do dip nails, she is very gentle when using the dremel but this time it was rough and the dremel hit part of my skin. This time it was a simple manicure.

I have been coming to this nail salon for some time now! I found the best technician ever - Kyara! She is amazing, very dedicated, attention to detail is always on point, professional. I cannot express enough how much I enjoy my time coming to the salon, I look forward in coming in every two weeks!

Andy did an amazing job on my dip powder manicure and gel pedicure! He is a very professional, personable, and skilled technician. The salon is very clean and has a beautiful esthetic. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Naples area!

Ty and his team are the best! I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. The salon is organized, clean and the results are excellent. I have been going here since they opened and cannot recommend them enough.
