The work was really good on the nail shaping and filing, but it’s not what I asked for. On one hand Ben did a great job and the structure and his work but on the other, he couldn’t draw a single initial that I asked for or do the proper colors on my nail. Like why is my nail bed bright pink with red, and for the initial best we could do was a pink purple B. I was left to wait for an hour, when they told me they can take me, and then this.

I’ve been to house of nails once before. I literally got the best nails ever! Amazing nail art. This is my second time back and Ben gave me the most beautiful French tips! What an experience. This is the very first time I’ve ever had French tips and my very first pedicure at 29 years old! Can’t thank you enough Ben. It was wonderful chatting with you.

Lee was the best! Due to my job, I have certain nail requirements (yet I’m still picky) & he made it happen. Being new to the area, I’m glad to have found this salon. & thank you Lee for your patience & kindness.

I had such a great experience at this salon! I came in with a specific design and shape in mind, and they nailed it literally. I showed a reference photo, and they matched it perfectly. The shape, length, and even the small details came out exactly how I pictured. On top of that, everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I gave 5 stars 🌟 because the quality, precision, and customer service were all on point. Definitely found my new go-to spot!

Okay yall im gonna try to shorten this story for you: I’ve been going here for over a year, specifically for Khoi. When I called to schedule my appt they told me her was on vacation but it’s my bachelorette weekend so I needed them done. They gave me a new guy and normally I’m pretty lenient with non perfect nails however he 1) cut them shorter than I showed him. 2) cut them different lengths. 3) had them crooked, one of them were so crooked but I was able to catch it in the beginning and have him redo it, it still came out crooked. I could have ignored all of this if the art came out good. It did not. After fully examining them in my car, I called them and explained all of this and asked for a refund. I was told they don’t do refund but he could try to fix them for me. Fast forward I was going to cut my losses and go to a new salon and get them redone so as i’m looking up different salons on Instagram. I happen to see a post that says nails by Koi. I called and with all the luck in my body it was the same Khoi that I’ve been seeing. They lied about him being on vacation, so if anyone is looking for Khoi you can find him at LA nails in the coastland mall.
