Golden Nails

I visited this location for a simple eyebrow wax. The website listed the price as $12, and I clearly stated when I arrived that I only wanted an eyebrow wax with an arch. I’ve been getting my brows done for years, so I know the normal process wax, cleanup, maybe a little pencil if needed. When it came time to pay, I was suddenly charged $25. I asked why, and was told it was because I received “tinted eyebrows.” She even said it was “a discount.” I never asked for tinting, nor was it mentioned to me before or during the service. She couldn’t explain why I was being charged for it, and it felt like a service was added without my knowledge or permission. The money wasn’t the issue I did pay the $25 but it’s the principle. This left a bad taste in my mouth because where is the integrity? I understand times are tough, but doing extra services and charging customers without consent feels dishonest. If you decide to visit this location, please be mindful of the add-ons and make sure to verify exactly what you’re getting so you’re not surprised at checkout.I hope the new management takes this seriously and ensures customers aren’t charged for services they didn’t request.

Th people were really nice but, I don’t know if it was because he was rushing but they do not look alike to me , I did come in there originally for a toe color change NO PEDICURE, but I was charged full set and a full pedicure

First and furthermore. I love the owners. Both of the owners do nails and pedicures as well. Not only are they so welcoming, but they are also so very talented. I began to come to golden nails about six months ago. And I return religiously every two weeks. Not that I need to return every two weeks, it is a preference. Times I have not been able to return every two weeks , my nails and pedicure last over a month. And they still look good! I drive 45 minutes just to get my nails done here ❤️ I’m so glad I found them !! I’m so picky about my nail shapes and designed and I have yet to be disappointed ! Highly recommended ! Not to mention how beautiful and relaxing it is inside as well. Thank you Angel and Kevin ❣️

She helped me out with the price and took her time with my nails for my birthday and the inspo pic is like a copy and paste on my nails

I had such a wonderful experience at Golden Nails! The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly take their time to make sure every detail is perfect. My nails came out absolutely gorgeous and exactly how I wanted them. They use quality products, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I left feeling pampered and refreshed.
