2025-12-18I had Ivy do my nails again. She’s amazing, very talented and super nice. I think this is my third time with her and I loveee my nails. It’s exactly what I had in my Pinterest board and she did a great job picking out the gems. It exceeded my expectations. I just got them today and people are already complimenting my nails.Highly recommend this place. They also are all pretty nice and professional. Will be coming back in the future.

2025-12-18I booked a last-minute nail appointment here because my usual nail tech was unavailable (poor planning on my part). Unfortunately, I paid $65 for a set of nails that are noticeably crooked and uneven. I’ve only had them for one full day—this is day two—and the quality is already disappointing. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but I’m genuinely upset and now have to pay again to get them fixed elsewhere. During my appointment, the technician was frequently distracted with front desk tasks and was also arguing with another employee, which made the environment uncomfortable. There was very little communication with me aside from repeated comments about my usual nail tech, often followed by “just curious.” While everyone was polite, the overall service felt unprofessional, and the quality of work does not reflect the $65 price point. I was really hoping for a better experience.

I got a Spa Pedicure with gel polish, & a dip manicure and my friend got an acrylic fill in. We were both very happy with our results and look forward to coming back soon!
