Nail Holics Spa

Today was my very first and last day at this salon. My nails did not come out like i asked them too. When i pointed out the problem in English i could tell she did not understand me, so i spoke to her in Vietnamese and once i did that. My problem was still not fix. Instead they made me out to be the aggressor. I asked for French tips square round. I have missing powder, uneven shapes, and overall just not happy. We paid for it and left. Would not recommend. I have nuggets for nails and bubbles all on the acrylic

Edit: First don’t accuse me of being racist, that is not even what this is about . You can tell by my daughters nails that they look like crap.Second as we were leaving you had a man in a chair getting a pedicure with a light blue shirt on that was has the logo spectrum on it and another lady at the end getting a pedi. Third she said 60 then charged me something else for the nails.Very sneaky at the end. Highly unacceptable. Fourth I do not have any other accounts with fake names I make comments with. Who has the time to do that. So MAYBE you need to get your information straight. I AM EXERCISING MY RIGHT TO SAY WHAT IS TRUE ABOUT YOUR PLACE. AGAIN will never come to this place and highly recommend to anyone else not to come to this place. AGAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE!! We’ll never go to this place . Went to this place on a whim to get my daughter’s nails done before going out of town. The lady Alexandria said it was gonna be $60. I was fine with that. I pointed out to the lady that part of her nail was missing and it wasn’t shaped properly she said don’t worry she’ll fix it. She did not then at checkout after I had signed she snuck some extra charges in there. And ended up charging me $90. I have never paid $90 for something like this. That is ridiculous again I will never come to this place again. I do not recommend this place. In the lady Alexandria shouldn’t be doing nails.

I came here July 4th praying to get a full set done towards the end of the day and ended up having one of the best salon experiences ever! The girls (T,Lex, and Rachel) are incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and truly knew what they were doing when it came to proper technique, design, and cleanliness. I also got an amazing treatment and enjoyed the experience I was given. Everything from the vibe to the service was top tier. Definitely coming back! The nails speak for themselves

My nail tech took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and paid close attention to detail. My nails turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier! Rachel is awesome! I came in yesterday wanting nails for an event. She helped me figure out that a dip powder would last longer, and double checked that I liked my nails at every step of the process, and this is probably the best my nails have ever looked. Thank you Rachel!
