2025-06-27I’m new to the area and wanted to try this place based on all the positive reviews and great photos. I’d like to first note the staff Tom & Ken are friendly. And both encouraged me to write them a 5 star review, but it just didn’t align. My manicure turned out clean and nice. (Edit: nails peeled off the fresh set they did not even after a week had passed, would never recommend this place) But, I paid for the third tier pedicure service + Gel which was $65 and it’s kinda jacked up… respectfully speaking. There are hairs set into the gel polish. I understand mistakes happen with cuts, but it was an accumulation of issues that made this service a bit stressful for me. My toenail was cut into, but he had explained his vigorous filing due to “excessive skin” but I’d consistently flinch my foot backward. He responded with many side comments like how I’m too soft or like a baby. But, it was kinda painful to get through. There’s room to improve here. But, the photos were taken minutes after leaving the salon.
