I always go in without any clue what I want, yet Kenny always finds the time to help me leave with nothing but the best manicure around! For the holiday, it’s new shiny red nails and adorable reindeer for me! Thank you, Kenny, for another job well done!

This place is the absolute best! We’ve been to almost every nail salon in Lee County and keep returning to Upscale Nails time after time. Today I went in because I’d made the mistake of going somewhere else for a gel manicure (I usually only get pedicures) and Kenny fixed the issues and my nails look better than they ever have! The team at Upscale are so friendly and the salon is clean and relaxing.

I just left my waxing appointment, and I want to express a concern. The person who attended me was on the phone the entire time during the session. I can only assume this may have contributed to the oversight that occurred. Before the session, I clearly mentioned that I was traveling today and that I have my graduation event tomorrow. When I arrived, my skin was completely clear—there were no red marks, irritation lines, or signs of skin missing. But now, my face looks like this. Yes, the young lady who assisted me did apologize, and she didn’t charge me for the service. However, with all due respect, an apology and a waived fee don’t solve the condition of my skin. They don’t relieve the irritation, the burning sensation, or the discomfort I’m now experiencing. This is very upsetting, especially given the importance of the event I’m attending tomorrow. I truly hope we can find a fair and responsible way to address this.

Had the best pedicure ever today. I bought the Happy Feet Pedicure. So worth it. The young girl took her time, the massage to my legs and feet was amazing. Will definitely go back My feet are happy.

Happened to be in the area and popped in the Upscale Nails and Spa yesterday for a pedicure. I decided to get #3 the mac-daddy pedicure with all the bells and whistles. It was so worth it. I left my husband and son at O'Leary's Bar & Grill down the walk in the plaza, watching the NFL draft and a b-zillion other sports events on all their tvs and did my own thing. I'm so glad I did. The pedicure was a little bit more expensive. I thought, I never indulge, I could really use some me time, that's why I'm here, right? Go for it! I will start by saying it is very clean and organized. No heavy smells of gels, lacquers, thinners and removers. That's a huge plus in my book, I dislike walking into a place and wondering if I'm going to get cancer or something before I can get out of there. I did not feel like that at all here. I haven't gone for a pedicure in years, just so busy and I never take the time. Everyone should do a little something like this a little more often. Slow down, actually relax and settle for a bit. Maybe there wouldn't be so much burnout, frustration and Karen behaviors and road rage rushing from one point to their next. I sat back in the message chair and began my experience. Ahhh, I love the way the crystal scrub gently exfoliate, a kind of precursor creating a tingling and awakening for the what's to come next. A collagen treatment and a cream with a rejuvenating lemon fragrance, it was exiĺlerating for us both. There was a hot stone message and hot towel wrap. This was all on top of the normal messaging, pedicure. They even gave me a packet of lotion to continue this luxurious feeling at home. I felt like a princess by the end of this glorious time to myself. It was a good thing they also provided a hot neck pillow, I almost nodded off a couple of times it kept my head from dropping down, you know what I mean. The staff were super nice and sincerely friendly. I am so glad I found an "Upscale" place to get all my "Nail and Spa" desires satisfied in the future.
