Had a great time with great service with the technicians serving us, but Jennifer—who didn’t even service me— was whispering to a co-worker, with customers in front of her..and called me strange because i didn’t want gel on the service i’m paying for. very unprofessional of her and im very disappointed in her actions. Don’t judge a paying customer for a completely reasonable request, it’s that easy.

Jennifer and her crew are thorough, knowledgeable, professional and personable. My MIL introduced me to the salon by bringing me for a mani/pedi when they opened 25 years ago! Fast forward to now and I bring my own daughter there as a treat when she is in town. Nail Spa does T. A. P. Nails which is a hybrid of gel and acrylic. I’m so impressed that Jennifer tries new and cutting edge services. The T.A.P. Process is amazing and few nail salons up and down the eastern seaboard do this process. I have done gel for many years but decided to take a chance and try the T.A.P. I will never go back to gel now!
