Milano Nail Bar - Six Miles

I love this salon, the staff makes you feel very comfortable and at home when you visit. All the nail techs are great but Eli did my nails and she did an amazing job. She’s well versed and does lashes and brow tint too. Also I got a toe polish change, unfortunately o don’t remember the gentleman’s name who serviced me but he did an amazing job too. One of my big toes chipped; her repaired it with acrylic and made it look as natural as possible. The refreshments served are delicious, there is a surplus of drinks to choose from. The Milano refresher mocktail is my favorite! If you’re looking for a great place to relax, get good service, and get an amazing mani/pedi this is the place to go!

This was by far my most comfortable and genuinely enjoyable experience for my first visit at a nail salon. I’ve been getting nail services done for a LONG time, so the previous statement says a lot. It was my first nail salon experience in Fort Myers and I’m sold on this location. Looking forward to more appointments!

This was horrible. The good reviews are because they're incentivized. I booked online for a tropical deluxe pedicure (mostly because of the "gel callus removal") and deluxe manicure. When I arrived I was asked what I was here for and then what type of pedicure I wanted - I told the first person who checked me in that I just wanted something very moisturizing and to remove calluses. He put me in the pedicure chair and started my water. A woman came over and same thing, asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I told her that I booked something online but again just wanted something very moisturizing and my calluses fully removed. I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes, water fully cold at this point when a third person came over to me and was going to get started, a full 30 minutes after my appointment. Turns out he finally checked the computer and went with what I originally booked. I won't get into *all* the details, but the products used were from some cheap four-step kit that smelled like Chanel No. 5, the "orange infused foot soak" consisted of cold orange slices getting rubbed all over my legs and feet, my calluses were removed by a cheese grater, the hot stones and hot towels were WAY too hot - AND some random man comes in the salon selling produce and my nail technician got up in the middle of my service to buy dirty unwashed produce from this man without changing his gloves. Thankfully they were disorganized enough that I just walked up to the counter after my pedicure and did not even attempt to get the manicure. I really wanted to cut through my day spa only bias and give a "nail salon" another chance, but this is a full fledged chop shop and I have nothing good to say, even with the complimentary cocktail.

They were absolutely amazing. They’re great energy great community good job on the nails. I loved it. Highly recommend this place 100%. 1000 out of 10

I travel the country full time and have had my nails done in many different states. Went for a pedicure with gel and a full set of nails. I requested a gel x set and got acrylic clear full coverage nails (not tips) glued on. I’ve never seen such a non professional application of nails. I paid full price for sculpted nails and essentially just had nails glued on and shaped. Seems like a pretty lazy way to get nails done. No gel X over the plastic nail. A different nail tech cut my toe pretty badly during my pedicure, it hurt a lot and it took over a week to heal. I’ve never been cut like this before. The salon is clean and that’s about it. Was very disappointed won’t be going back. I’m posting this a few weeks after as Google was blocking reviews being added due to inflated false reviews. This was the first opportunity to post.
