2022-04-05We visited the Nailed It DIY studio in Ft Lauderdale to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. She did not want a big party, but to do something special with her family. I reached out to the owner explaining the situation and wanting to surprise my daughter. Yvonne responded soon after and happily offered to accommodate. She worked with my daughter to find the perfect project to make her happy and really went above and behind adding special touches to the personalized design. We had the place to ourselves and learned it was because the owner was leaving for a vacation but squeezed us in before she left - talk about going above and beyond in customer experience!! The studio is so pretty, clean and inspiring, we definitely plan to return for some projects in the future!!
