Optima Lite Nails

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to hands down!! Great customer service 🙂‍↕️ the staff are very hospitable. The salon environment is always busy and well-maintained with each nail tech cleaning their area and tools before the next customer. When it comes down to the art, they’ve got it down pack 🔥 The nail art was intricate and was perfectly executed no matter what design (simple or complex) My gel polish has lasted for weeks without chipping in my previous visits. They are meticulous and paid attention to every detail, especially the cuticle care on my feet. Also, they have a great eye for color and design even when I ask them for recommendations. I always leave satisfied. I’d personally give it a 10 star out of 5 😌✅

I made an appointment for 5 PM and I got there 5 minutes prior !!! Pointless to make an appointment being I’ve been waiting 52 minutes to be seen and not a word has been said to me ! No type of regard to the waiting and unprofessionalism !!!! I had to leave to not get rude! I’m highly upset because this is my time! If it was going to take an HR to wait the least he could’ve told me the amount of time I would need to wait if I needed to reschedule! Learn costumer service!!!!! This is why ppl prefer to go to people’s houses instead of store fronts!!

Been getting my nails done by Rudy since I was about 15, I’m 27 now! His service never changes, always attentive, always flawless. I’ve gone to other nail salons and I’ve left unhappy with my nails, every time Rudy does them I ALWAYS leave happy. Ken did my eyebrows once and I haven’t let anyone else touch them since, 10/10. Everyone who works there is friendly, caring and good at what they do.

I have been going to optima lite for a few years now and I always get exceptional service, attention to detail, and a welcoming. From the moment I step in, Im always greeted with warmth and professionalism. I never know what I want and Gaby always exceeds my expectations. Gaby, Rudy and all the staff are skilled in, creating intricate designs with precision and care. I left feeling rejuvenated and confident, with nails that garnered compliments wherever I go. Everyone is always talking and laughing and it’s a atmosphere where you feel at home highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch nail care and a fun salon experience.

My experience with Rudy, Selena, was amazing, and so relaxing. Feeling at ease I fell asleep during my spa pedicure and I’m in absolute love with my nails Rudy’s attention to detail is impeccable -just loved my whole experience...book in advance or call ahead if possible I’m still visiting them to this day but not after today Paul didn’t do a great job on my designs and the receptionist has bad customer service
