Allure European Day Spa

I visited this place on my birthday for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with the service and experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and my massage therapist Alicia did an amazing job, Laura did my facial and I left out of there glowing, 100% will go again this place is wonderful.

I went for a brow wax and pedicure. The brow wax was first. The bed was covered with a brown fleece-like cover unsure if this was fresh/new for me and it had a narrow white sheet of paper. I was told to lay down! The room did not feel like a spa! Chrome/glass corner shower, super bright fluorescent lighting, a small counter with the previous client’s brown brow tint still there with spatula. This woman was abrupt with me. She didn’t introduce herself, she used old fashioned hot wax, caked it on heavy then ripped hard causing me to yell out loud in pain. She got mad at me! I had told her not to wax them thin or tint them too dark, as I’m a blonde. She waxed very thin so one side is almost gone and definitely too dark! I had to ask for a mirror and I gasped! She kept saying she’s been doing this for 20 yrs and knows best! I was not heard. I was not comfortable. I was not happy. I was in pain. She had no cream to put on my brows when done. She had a strong accent but I heard her loud and clear when she got mad at me!!!! The pedicure with a young woman was good and a nice relief to sit and relax!! Ugh…..I will never go back there for waxing.

I had an incredible Hydrafacial with Irena! She’s not only knowledgeable but also super thorough and kind. She explained everything as she went, which I really appreciated. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward—so fresh and glowing. I highly recommend booking with her if you want real results and a great experience!

So relaxing, refreshing, and healing. I had a therapeutic deep tissue massage, and Natalia was my masseuse. They gave me a complimentary drink and chocolates. I felt like I was in the lap of luxury. Natalia cut straight to the chase and asked where my pain was, why it could be there, and she was so talented that I took a small nap during the session! Afterwards I felt renewed. I recommend Allure European Day Spa if you want to feel replenished and cared for.

I love this place. From waxing to facials and manis/pedis- they do it all. Irina is the best! Thank you for the amazing service!
