Everyone is always so kind and attentive here. I’ve tried almost all places on the island, and this is my favorite. I’ve been 4x already and they’ve always accommodated me without hesitation. Mandy and Moon have been amazing. Very detailed and clean. Thank you for letting me trust you with always leaving happy :)

I love coming here for simple gel polish—it’s always great. However, if you’re looking for nail art or acrylics, I can’t recommend it. The acrylic set (third photo, my boyfriend’s daughter’s nails) was chunky, uneven, and overall messy. One even popped off the very next day. As for my own nails, (first photo, second photo was the inspiration) the design was also disappointing. They turned out streaky and messy, and before they were cured I asked if they could be cleaned up. Instead of fixing the streaks, the tech added more polka dots on top, which only made them look worse and wasn’t what I had asked for. It felt like a quick, messy cover-up rather than a real solution. I raised my concerns three times—before curing, after, and again while paying. In the end, I was offered a $10 gift card after spending over $130. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn’t feel like a fair resolution given that I had spoken up multiple times during the appointment. Overall, I left unsatisfied.

I had the best pedicure and then got a full set. I was very well taken care of and my nails turned out great! Worth every penny! I’ll be here on business every 3 or 4 months and will definitely come back! Treat yourself and give them a try!

Ana is amazing! She does my nails so naturally and is helping me grow them out. I really appreciate the amazing customer service, her willingness to listen to my needs as well as her always on point suggestions. Glad to have finally found such a fantastic technician!

New York Nails is the best! Tammy and Mandy are amazing! I’ve been with Tammy 23 years. But all the ladies and gentlemen are wonderful and professional. Felicia the owner is so friendly and keeps her salon clean and a very pleasant place to come. Brought my granddaughter today to have her nails done for Christmas.
