2025-08-17I love coming here for simple gel polish—it’s always great. However, if you’re looking for nail art or acrylics, I can’t recommend it. The acrylic set (third photo, my boyfriend’s daughter’s nails) was chunky, uneven, and overall messy. One even popped off the very next day. As for my own nails, (first photo, second photo was the inspiration) the design was also disappointing. They turned out streaky and messy, and before they were cured I asked if they could be cleaned up. Instead of fixing the streaks, the tech added more polka dots on top, which only made them look worse and wasn’t what I had asked for. It felt like a quick, messy cover-up rather than a real solution. I raised my concerns three times—before curing, after, and again while paying. In the end, I was offered a $10 gift card after spending over $130. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn’t feel like a fair resolution given that I had spoken up multiple times during the appointment. Overall, I left unsatisfied.

2025-10-30I had the best pedicure and then got a full set. I was very well taken care of and my nails turned out great! Worth every penny! I’ll be here on business every 3 or 4 months and will definitely come back! Treat yourself and give them a try!

Cleanliness is a top priority at New York Nails. Under the supervision of our owner, Felicia, we follow strict sanitation protocols. Every tool is thoroughly sterilized, pedicure basins are meticulously sanitized between clients, and our entire salon is kept pristine and pleasant for a safe, relaxing experience.
Do you offer full acrylic sets or intricate nail art?
While we do offer full sets, our primary expertise and most highly rated services are focused on natural nail care, pedicures, and standard gel polishes. If you are looking for highly complex, customized hand-painted nail art, we suggest calling ahead to consult with a technician who specializes in those designs.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays to allow our staff to rest.
