My first time at this salon and the service was amazing! Kayla did a perfect pedicure, and Hayley did an incredible job replicating the requested nail design. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated, will definitely return!

Just left so everything is fresh in my mind. I was a walk in and I needed the following. Gel removal, their signature pedicure, gel polished with the third picture design. I walked in nicely greeted inquired about the aforementioned services — she calls a woman she didn’t greet me, no smile or eye contact…nothing. She was called up to ask how to do the look that I wanted she gave her input and walked away. I said thank youuuuu as she walked away>>>no response. The signature pedicure was rushed not enough scrubbing on the calluses and I shared that was my focal point everything else was just above a gloss over. The shop was not busy and well staffed. On to the nails. The gel polished left pimple bumps and round circles on my nails 💅🏾. Nails not fully polished you know like the sides. The filing was not smooth. Some other reviewers mention no attention to detail and I have to agree. Finally the first timers are to receive 10% off, not granted, because I did not have said coupon. It’s on the website and no mention of having a physical coupon. That’s an example to the full circle treatment. Oh I guess you had ask for the drink- I was not offered. Not the best send off for my vacation. In hindsight, I wished I had waited. The three stars was a generous selection.

I love Noire Nail Bar! They have a very large selection and it is a clean, relaxing environment. Nhi is absolutely fabulous and has been doing my nails for a few years now. She is fast, efficient, and very careful-gives me the best mani and pedi every single time! Love her!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and they always do a great job! It’s very clean and all of staff are friendly. Today I had the pleasure of having Lee do my gel pedicure and I have to admit, it was THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! He took his time, provided a very relaxing (and long) massage and offered suggestions on what my feet needed! I can’t wait to go back!

On 02/05/25 I went to this salon for a walk in gel manicure. When I was sat, the man who had taken me started drilling my nails right away. I had a decent length I wanted to keep and it was all filed down. He then took out acrylic nails, and that is when I spoke up to clarify my service. He did not confirm what type of service I wanted or anything before starting. He was nice, made small talk and all, however the service could have been better. I was content with the color, but I did not like my new nail shape. The following day one of my nails had already chipped. I was very busy so I had to wait until Friday to go and get it fixed. Upon arrival there was a customer who was paying at the register. After she paid and left, the lady (Who wears a "Bella" necklace) working the front walked away, sat down, and got on her phone. Completely disregarded me and had a nasty attitude (She was like this on my first visit, as well). Another lady noticed and took me in. I ended up fixing my nail and went about my day. However, the polish was uneven and bumpy (refer to last photo of my thumb). Today, one of my nails started chipping and it peeled off completely. I then went ahead and checked all of my other nails. They were either chipped or peeled off completely. It has not even been a week and on their website they advertise their gel polish as "You'll have more than 2 weeks to enjoy your beautiful nails. Includes nail and cuticle care, hand massage with lotion, and the gel polish of your choice." I will not be returning to this location and would like a refund.
