Tips and toes nail spa

Such a cute place!!! I went in for a full set and I’m literally in love with how they turned out! The shape is perfect and the color is exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming — it just felt really clean and relaxing. I’m super picky about nails and I can honestly say this place did not disappoint. Definitely coming back. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for quality and good vibes

IT WAS AMAZING I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! Me and my friends went to get a pedicure it was our first time and it was amazing, I love the hot stone it was helping me relieve stress, I got Bonnie she did excellent, good massage, Bonnie also did my nails it look amazing!!! ( ! We will be back!!) the price was worth it I’m in love with my nails, thank you Bonnie!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I just got my toes and nails done with my family today, and it was amazing!!!! we have been going to this place since 2022. We have been to this place for 4 years, and I love how wonderful and amazing this place is!!! Bonnie always gives me ideas on what design I should do, and she helps me pick out colors. She's good at design!!!! And she is also really sweet and funny, she always makes me laugh every time I go here !!! My family also loves everyone here. They said everyone is so sweet and nice, they would politely ask if u want a drink when u came in, they give good massages if u like hard massages or gentle, they always take care of u and make sure you’re all taken care of and clean. ( I love this place and recommend this place!!)

I did a walk - in, and I asked before I entered if she (Bonnie) is available for walk in and she said yes, for me and my daughter. She let a child take off my old gel color and that was fine with me , but when I asked her if she is going to be working on my nails she said she cannot and that she has a doctors appointment. And her child will do the nails for me!!!! I am paying for a service and I need it to be served the way I paid for it. So she had an attitude with me and told the child to stop and talked in her language to the child and the child got up and started pressing buttons on the iPad (charging me for something) So I asked Bonnie if there was another adult available to do my nails, and she said "Wait one hour." And so I did wait one hour and got served by Lily. In the pictures you will see how bad the finishing of Lily and Bonnie’s work was. And when I got charged they charged me for things I did not do. Like for example for cutting nails they charged me 3 dollars which is a price we are all aware of for this service, then she charged me twice for fifteen dollars for removal which only one of us did and then she explained that the second fifteen dollars was the price of cutting the nails on your hand!!!! Don’t come to this place it’s a waste of time and money.

Updated review: while Le did an excellent job, the nail polish and supplies are not good quality and the polish on my manicure didn't even last a day. pedicure polish cloudy after one week. Even though I was treated like a Queen, I definitely will return but will have to supply my own polish. They definitely try to upsell their specialty finishes. Le did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. He is really good and enjoys his job, he has been doing this for many years. Lynn the manager explained their loyalty program and how I can save on my next visit. I highly recommend Tips and toes but be careful if you use their regular supplies.
