This is my favorite nail salon! 💅 I’ve been a customer since they opened. Linda is so kind and she is always accommodating with scheduling appointments. The staff are all kind, fun and beautiful people. They are very talented artists who care about your satisfaction. The atmosphere is upscale and sparkling clean with the latest spa furnishings. They have a wide variety of options for your nails (chrome, cat eye, gel, dip powder). I always feel pampered and I always get compliments on my nails! Check out some of my styles in the images. If you want to leave satisfied with a beautiful manicure and pedicure plus a confidence boost, then Perfect Nails & Spa is the only place I recommend! 😊

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon! Tina is my go-to nail tech and she is amazing. She’s talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look perfect every single time. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a relaxing vibe. I always leave feeling pampered and taken care of. Highly recommend Tina and this entire salon! 💅✨

BEEN HERE ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR A PEDICURE I NEVER GOT. Two hours to do acrylic on the toes and paint.. almost late to picking up my daughter because I set an appointment for 4 pm and it’s been a disaster ever since. Recently left a review after my First experience here and it was a 5 star review. The experience was amazing and the lady that did my pedicure the first time did great. I asked them to write her name on a card for me for when I returned. Well I book an appointment today and the person they wrote on the card was not the same lady that did my Toes the first time. I called and booked an appointment because I’m on a time schedule, they’re running 20 min behind, realized it is not the same lady as last time, and she asked me nearly 10 times what she was doing on my toes when I already had told her 5 times what I wanted. I even told them when I called pedicure with acrylic toes. This lady has asked me to do different things with the acrylic over and over after telling her repeatedly what I wanted done. The water at the pedicure bowl was not hot at all and she even asked if I wanted it hotter I said yes. I’m very unhappy as I’m sitting in the chair trying to relax this is the ONLY time once every month or two that I can do something like this for myself and this has been far from a relaxing experience. The nail tech is Dianne. EDIT*** was not even able to get the pedicure and just paying for polish because I am now running behind on time. I will not be back after this.

All I have to say is wow! First time coming to Perfect Nails to get a pedicure with my husband and we both left feeling relaxed and grateful for the care given during our service. I had Tommy and he went above and beyond, making sure I was comfortable and taking the time to shape my toenails to perfection. My husband had Hannah and he said he will definitely ask for her when we come back. Between the service, conversation, and cleanliness, its safe to say we will be returning costumers! So happy we found this place ❤️

Deceptive pricing and shady business practices — be cautious! I’ve been to this salon several times, and every single visit I’ve been charged a different price for the exact same service. Today was the final straw. I was charged $5 more than usual. What’s worse is that I called them later and asked for the exact same service, and they quoted me a lower price than what I had just paid. They texted and claimed the extra charge was for a “special shape.” That’s completely false — I had a basic round shape, nothing fancy like almond or coffin. They did offer me a discount to go back but now I know this isn’t a one time thing with them. On a previous visit, I asked if they offered any cash-only specials, since they regularly send out texts and emails advertising discounts for paying in cash. The woman at the front desk flat-out told me they don’t do that. I didn’t argue — I just wanted to see how they really operate. I get that everyone has a hustle, but being deceptive and inconsistent with pricing is not the way to build trust. They ask if you’ve been there before, which feels like a tactic to decide how much they can overcharge you. There are too many other honest salons out there to waste time and money here. I won’t be going back.
