Super Nails & Pedi Spa

I brought my mom here for a pedicure, and we were both shocked by how rude the staff was. During her service, my mom simply asked if they offer complimentary coffee. The employee brought her a cup, but when she politely asked for some sugar, he got an attitude and responded rudely. Instead of handling it professionally or just saying they don’t offer coffee or tea, he stopped in the middle of her pedicure and refused to finish the service. Then, the owner got involved and made things worse by saying something along the lines of, “This isn’t a restaurant.” That kind of comment was completely unnecessary and unkind. No customer should be treated this way, especially over something so small. There are plenty of salons that treat their clients with respect; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

My experience was ok. I requested pedi with stones paraffin but instead the the lady named Lisa gave me a regular pedi and I was charged de for the stone pedi, that was the first red flag. Second red flag the lady Lisa doesn't let the customer talk, I was telling her how I wanted my nails and she kept saying I know I know, she knows that much she did it wrong. I told her i want 2 nails grey the rest orange etc. Then she shape them very uneven. I do not like it. My experience was bad. The lady next to me a customer she was fighting with the guy because she didn't like what they did to her either. I think the good reviews for this salon is because they have a post in a wall that says to review them in google for discounts. U can see how uneven they are and badly shape.

Would not recommend to anyone. I came in for a simple acrylic powder full set and was there for two hours. I had to ask her to re-do four different things while I was there because it was badly done or just wrong. She put tips on crooked, cut them to a random length without checking, pulled the wrong color powder and said it would eventually get to the color I wanted, and messed up the shape (&& never got it right). Still after correcting so many things, I left with one of the worst sets I’ve ever had. Overall this spot seems like it’s more for viejitos that can’t see well to question the work they’re receiving. I wasn’t going to write a review but only three days later my nails are cracking..... the tech never said her name but the sticker on the shield said Lisa or Tina....something like that

Love this place , Lovely atmosphere and the workers are really kind to their customers Very patient and Helpful ,Beautiful manicure designs , They also have Some nice scented Spa Kits And a Some drinks ,like Pepsi water sprite , and they also have chocolates and mints Overall a great relaxing environment

Absolutely the nicest people and so flexible! They did an amazing job on my nails and I’m so happy w how they turned out:)
