I would rate lower if I could. Traveling out of state and decided to get a pedicure with my friend. It’s a really nice shop and has friendly workers but started noticing red flags after they started our pedicures. I had to tell my friend to stop the nail tech( I believe her name was Annie) from using the cheese grater/callus shaver on his feet (the use of these are illegal in Florida and many other states). I can’t remember the name of nail tech that did my pedicure but before he started on my feet I showed him an inspo picture of the shape I wanted and I reminded him 3 times I wanted square nails instead of listening he cut my sidewalls down and cut into my skin( which is also illegal, nail technicians cannot perform any procedures or cut down the sidewalls they’re supposed to recommend you to see a doctor) and when asked about why he did that and how I wasn’t happy he stated it was because my nail was pushing down into my skin. He said he probably should have asked if I wanted that done before he did that and when the nail polish dries he can try to file down and even the nails and instead of doing that he went to the back and never came back out. By this time I realized the damage was already done. My natural toenails went from being square shaped to coffin and even the paint job was done wrong and streaky. I spoke with the manager/ owner and she even mentioned the bad paint job.She did apologize and offered to fix it but I was already in pain and I don’t like acrylic added to my nails. She did remove the polish before I left. Since leaving the shop I’ve been in pain and will definitely be reaching out to DBPR. I’m also including photos of how my natural nails normally are, how it looked after he painted, and how they are now.

I always love coming here. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming! Today, for the first time I had Lynn, and now she is stuck with me 🫶🏾 lol! I Literally almost cried when I saw my nails 💖🤩, she did such an amazing job and I’m SUPER PICKY. She pays so much attention to detail, and I had such a good time talking with her! I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much again Lynn!! 😃

I have been going to Ritzy nail salon for about 2 years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Rose does my pedicures and CiCi does my manicures. My pedicures and manicures last a long time and they always look amazing. The owners and staff are very welcoming. On a couple of occasions I had to change the date of my appointment and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this salon.

So I went to Richie now because they sent me a text message telling me that I would have 15% off because of my birthday discount but when I got in there it was for a fill. They added a $15 charge for long nails however I already had the nails because it was a fill. I did have a few nails that needed to be repaired so they would’ve had to reshape those four nails, but other than that, I feel like they added the $15 long nail charged to get the 15% back that they were giving me off for my birthday. It’s worth noting that I did not have the long nail charge. The last time I went for a fill and yes, I had the same length. Second review As I went with someone, I think they did a good job on my toes. I did the basic pedicure, not much was done to my feet, but it was nice still as the place is large and clean

Their service was amazing. I showed Tom a picture of how I wanted my nails, and he delivered every detail. They also offer complementary drinks too, I’m on vacation from Louisiana, and definitely love my nails. I will definitely return. 10 out of 10.
