They are racist. I was the only black woman there yesterday so they made me pay right after my pedicure. I had a refill after for my hands, but they didn’t wait for me to even start my service or finish to pay. They made me pay before my service, while I watched everyone else pay after. They also never explained the price of what it costs. They just bought me a paper with the price saying pay now. Never going back! I never been treated this bad in any nail salon before… was very rude uncomfortable moment. Please do better and treat everyone fairly! It’s 2026 Edit: replying to your comment… No. I believe he’s not new because I seen them charge people after me and after they finished there service so you guys just were being racist….

STAY AWAY!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Went for EYEBROW THREADING and laid back on the table only for the girl to PUT WAX ON MY EYEBROWS! Told the girl I was there for THREADING she said she didn’t do threading! I took a chance thinking what could go wrong…btw….the RUDE front desk troll said she didn’t have anyone there to thread BUT said it AFTER the girl hacked up my eyebrows when I was leaving SCAMMED me she knew I wanted THREADING!!! EVERYTHING went wrong! My eyebrows are very uneven patched and still bushy with stray end not clean at all! I tried threading there before and thought maybe it was Vivian who sucked at eyebrows but apparently they ALL suck at doing eye brows!!! $17 for wax that wasn’t hot and didn’t clean up my brows!

Would not recommend this salon. Used to go all of the time a few years ago but moved south and it felt it was too far too drive. When my new lady stopped doing nails I decided to go back and try again. Big mistake. The last 3 times I’ve gotten my nails done have been disappointing to say the least. The first 2 times I got dip sets, was charged more than they originally said, and then top it off, BOTH times at least one nail broke off completely within a week’s time. Went back yesterday and decided instead of dip I’d try to “builder gel” which cost 10$ more than regular gel and is supposed to be better. It has literally been 24 hour and 2 of the nails have already chipped. Also, let me add that they had the nerve to say a soak off is an ADDITIONAL 10$ on top of your new 50$ nail service, just because I originally had dip and went to gel. Have never heard of that anywhere or had someone nickel and dime people like that but guess they are out there. Literally will never go back - wasted 50$ on nails to last 1 day. A regular manicure from any other salon would probably last longer than that.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! Helen she does them perfectly every time, super detailed and incredibly professional. The massages for pedicure are amazing too, very relaxing . The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I also love how easy it is to book online. it’s so convenient when I’m busy working. Highly recommend!
