Organic Nail Salon Hollywood Fl

I am here on vacation and I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Organic Nail Salon whenever I’m back in the area! If I could make this my permanent nail salon I absolutely would. To start, Megan, who did my pedicure went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Her attentiveness and intentionality to treat me with professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed, especially since I haven’t had a pedicure in over half a year. I LOVE the toe nail color and appreciated her flexibility with me as I changed up my color and anticipated service on the spot. Hanna, the salon owner, was absolutely wonderful and helped me to decide which manicure was best for me depending on the inspiration picture I showed her despite me scheduling for another kind of manicure. Her hospitality is top notch and I am thankful for her patience in me asking many questions. Lastly, Ken!! I can’t recommend Ken enough! He was wonderful!! His talent and skill on my manicure was phenomenal and he was also very patient and kind in the process of the specific colors and design I wanted. He is very good at what he does and his humor and personality helped me feel relaxed and comfortable to partner with him in the outcome that I wanted from my manicure! Because of Ken’s work, I truly feel vacation ready! Megan, Hanna, and Ken! Thankyou so much for making my experience wonderful. I will be back when I’m in the area again because of you all!

I came for the first time and showed the tech the design I wanted . Blue French tips on almond nails . I chose here because I saw nice designs on their reviews. She agreed to do the design and even told me she did her own Halloween designs on her nails . I complimented her and truly truly felt I was in good hands after seeing them . Never once gave her an attitude . I trusted her .As she began , the tech had shaky hands and could not paint a clean French tip on the almond nails . I tell her that if she can’t go a clean line I didn’t want it . She asked me what do I want .. as if I had not come in with a picture of a design shown BEFORE she touched me . At that point after seeing her shaky hands I didn’t trust her to do any design period . Nothing left to believe that she lied about doing the designs on her own hands . And why lie ? I have no clue because how do you do one design on each of your OWN nails but can’t even do one French tip ? . . I ask her to do rhinestones instead when she asked what I want . I said “i don’t k ow I want SOMETHING “ because I was not just going to pay them and walk out with a messed up design or just plain solid colored nails (I NEVER EVER do plain solid colored nails at any salon ). Especially after showing her a design before she started . Now I’m stuck with plain nude bubbly, chipped nails and a plain old design which is a chunk of rhinestones on my ring nail . Mind you I agreed to rhinestones ONLY because I sat there for hours getting something I was not satisfied with . So of course I was not going to sit for 3 more hours for someone else to attempt to fix her mistake . That should’ve happened at the beginning not after I finally open my mouth when she asked If I liked it . You asked , I spoke my mind .. Never again . Her job was to pass me over to a tech who could do the design . Of course they charged me full price and not a single apology . $102 for plain tan almond nails that have chipped not even a full 24hours later smh . They can reply and say camera show one thing but I have the photos of the chipping paint . And the original design I asked for . I don’t ever ask for solid nail colors . I appreciate her trying ,but if you want to be reviewed well on good customer service , you practice honesty and speak up when you can’t deliver the design to the CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING the salon her hard earned money . I uploaded the design i asked for and photos provided . The rhinestones is the oldest and easiest design . a teenager could do so by simply glueing stones on a nail . Look in your camera and watch how your employee had to wipe the design off after telling her” NO”To the ugly squiggly ,no clean line blue French tip she was attempting to leave me with . If I had someone come in and show me a nice design , Id ensure I can do it before starting anything . And IF I couldn’t ,I definitely would not just go in to do the bare minimum and expect a good review . I would’ve transferred to another tech . Or atleast suggest something similar or better not the quickest easiest 1,2,3 paint and glue rhinestones and call it the end . FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE .. . That’s why now In days we’re seeing more and more techs out doing themm in quality and price . Plenty other techs have use powder on me to do nice French tips like that . Of all colors . Instead of hand painting them . Maybe She needs training on using powder and not hand painting if her hands can’t deliver designs . Ive been doing my nails since a young girl and I know many dilute paint with acetone . Paint designs ALWAYS ALWAYS chip!

Best experience. My came here for the first and wanted a design. Its hard to find a tech that is talented and patient to recreate a design. Hannah did a awesome job. My daughter left extremely satisfied. Linda and Megan did my nails and their services was above excellent

I had a great experience here. Clean area, no one is rude, the people that serviced me were very patient and nice. Only thing I can nit pick is the acrylic being a little thick/uneven in some places, which would've been fixed if I said something, but I wasn't paying attention to the thickness of the nails. Overall, great 👍

Gel-X nails are amazing! Moon really came through for me. Detailed excellent work really took her time and was very meticulous. Will be a regular from now on!
