I rarely leave bad reviews, but my last visit to this salon was so upsetting that I feel compelled to share my experience. I went in for what was supposed to be a special birthday treat—a pink ombre set I had been planning and looking forward to for weeks. I showed the nail tech Sarah a picture and clearly explained that I wanted dark pink powder and coffin-shaped nails for a full set. Instead, she completely ignored my requests. She swapped the dark pink powder for clear, did a fill instead of a full set, and gave me stiletto nails instead of the coffin shape I asked for. When it came to the ombre, she told me to pick a solid color instead. I tried to trust her, thinking maybe she knew best, but by the end, I felt completely dismissed. The entire appointment was rushed—my nails and toes were done in under 45 minutes with zero attention to cuticles or proper finishing. She didn’t care about the details, and it was obvious she wanted to get it over with. What made it worse was seeing another client getting exactly the nails I had asked for, which made me feel invisible and unheard. I was so frustrated and upset that I cried. To top it off, she tried to charge me $75 for a service that did not match what I asked for, only reluctantly giving me a $10 discount when I spoke up. This experience was not just disappointing—it was careless, dismissive, and hurtful. I went in excited for a birthday treat and left feeling completely devalued and ignored. If you actually want your nails done the way you request, if you care about attention to detail, or if you want to leave feeling respected as a client, do not go here. This salon does not listen, does not care, and will rush through your appointment while ignoring everything you ask for.

I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for about 4 years now. Literally every time I come the prices change vs over the phone when you call and the quality of the work is not the same they advertised on social media. They had me pay for this gel set which you can tell he filed and cut my nails incorrectly and then couldn’t do the style I asked for. If you’re ever in the area check elsewhere I will not be coming back. It’s ridiculous that this is a place I continuously go to and the nail technicians do not improve. Don’t waste your money like I did. My nails and toes were $75 and you tell me if this looks like it’s even worth that.
