2025-11-05I strongly advise avoiding this salon. I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure, and within 24 hours the gel had already peeled off almost every fingernail and even one toenail. Gel should not come off like that, especially not the next day. When I called to address the issue and request a refund or a solution, not only was I ignored, but when I finally spoke with the owner, she accused me of writing a bad review that someone else had posted. I had not written any review at that point. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to make it right, she was defensive and dismissive. She told me she didn’t get in the nail salon business to give out refunds. That experience alone is one of the reasons I am writing this review now. Additionally, during the appointment, the technician hit my toes with the drill multiple times, which was painful and shows poor technique and lack of care. The service was low quality, the customer service was unprofessional, and the refusal to acknowledge or correct the situation is unacceptable. I paid full price for something that didn’t even last a day and was treated disrespectfully when I asked for help. I will not return, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
