First time getting a mani & pedi done at Van Nails. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! Nikki did my manicure and Tracy did my pedicure. Both ladies made sure to make me feel comfortable while being serviced. The place has such wonderful vibes! Definitely coming back for my next mani and pedi.

May times repeat customer: cute nail salon with unsuspecting exterior. Owner Van is there all the time and super friendly, makes you feel very welcome and appreciated to be there. You can tell the shop is populated primarily by regulars which speaks to the revisitation rate. Also, they have discounts for teachers and first responders not to mention frequent specials and coupons. Services come with courtesy beverage. They also have a child's size pedicure chair. Can make appointments online to pick specific providers. I've seen Van pop in on her day off and personally redo someone's nail color because they weren't happy with the shade of polish. No fault of anyone she just wanted to help her employee out and make sure the patron was happy.

Absolutely amazing I can’t wait to go back again and do my nails either AI she does an amazing job with artwork and the pedicure was so soothing and relaxing much needed. I had a 20% off coupon via text and it was super helpful and appreciated.

Heard great things about this place. I did my research and knew who I wanted to do my nails. It was for my daughter’s baby shower so an important event. I booked online because I wanted to request techs that I read about….van (the owner) and ai. We waited all day because our appointments requested weren’t til 2:30. We walked in and they just sat us with whoever was available even though I requested certain techs. I made a comment about walk ins and she said they do that if you don’t go online and pick a certain tech. Well I did go online and pick a certain tech but got just whoever. They were nice but the typical on every corner nail salon and the experience and quality was just the same. Average…very average with a high price (even with 20% off for first time). We literally went out of our way and drove 25 min because we thought the quality would be so much better. I was wrong and honestly will not go back. If there is a salon close to you…go there. You’ll get the same quality. Over $200 later with 20% off. We didn’t even do gel on our toenails which they tried to convince us to do. Update: Van (the owner) contacted me and wanted me to come back so she can make things right. I was willing to take the drive because she personally reached out to me…that says a lot about her and her business. I’m very glad I went back. She did an amazing job and made me feel at home. In fact she makes everyone feel like that. She is so incredibly sweet and really the whole team and environment is great. My daughter and I will for sure be back. Thank you again Van for everything🥰🥰

OMG BEST pedicure EVER There's so much that I can say about this experience... Let me just start by saying the shop is cozy, welcoming, CLEAN..... and it doesn't smell to high heaven of chemicals. One of my pet peeves is going into a nail salon and feeling like I have to hold my breath because of the toxicity of all the lotions, potions and polishes. This place is so well ventilated and that's such a relief! Secondly it's immaculate. It just looks well cared for. Like the owners pay attention and there's also a very relaxed neutral feeling. HGTV to watch if you want to or listen to the music or zone out and put your earplugs in. It's not too loud or too busy. Thirdly the chairs are really comfortable. Sometimes those massage chairs just don't work for me. I'm a tall gal and they're either too short in the seat or they don't recline at a comfortable angle, or they're too close to the foot tub.... So you just can't relax. These are comfortable, the adjustments on the control are easy to understand and easy to program. And they're also at a great pressure. Really nice. Lastly most importantly, Andy the nail tech was unbelievable. Best leg and foot massage I've ever had in my life. Acupressure points, perfect touch/pressure. And oh my gosh did I get pampered with lotions, hot wax mask on my feet and scrubs. My feet have never felt so baby soft in My life! Perfect polish job glossy clean and just as I asked nice and square and short nails. This is going to be a monthly event I can tell. Easy to book online and they sent you a reminder by text. I really appreciate that as well. Worth EVERY penny.
