Had a great experience, had dip nails done and toes painted. I’ll be coming back. Not the best pictures. But a good job. Oh yeah, only place I know who did my cuticles with a dip. Normally most don’t care. So glad they did mine

Went here because of the great reviews. These are supposed to be my wedding nails and I made sure to mention that. They’re SUPER crooked. Wish I would’ve looked harder before I left. Nice staff but really.. these for wedding nails??? Good thing I’ve got time to change them before the big day. Plus the drill was up way too high and it was really hot. The guy claimed it’s better for the cuticles when it burns some because it’ll look more natural and lock in the acrylic better. I don’t think so buddy. Got a pedicure too. The lady kept DIGGING at my cuticles with the point snipper until almost all my toes were bleeding. Then sprayed with alcohol. Super painful and looks terrible, you can definitely tell I was bleeding. Won’t be going back here again. Probably shouldn’t have even paid for the service. Speaking of which, I wasn’t ever told how much any of it was going to cost or given a price at the end. They just asked for the card. Sketch.

If you’re looking for a good nail salon, look NO FURTHER. I made an appointment here for a gel pedicure rather than the usual salon I go to, since it was closer to my job. Pedicure- Lyly was the name of the woman who did my gel pedicure. She took her time, was very thorough and gentle. I’ve honestly never had a pedicure that lasted so long lol and I didn’t even pick out the highest package. My toes were a mess yall. Lyly made sure my feet sure super soft and exfoliated, and my gel polish turned out amazing. Now while I was getting my pedicure, a woman by the name of Ruby asked if I wanted my brows threaded or a manicure. I had nowhere else to be and needed to treat myself anyway. So I agreed lol. Brows- I’m used to having my brows threaded, so the “pain” didn’t bother me. Ruby was super quick- but not rushing, if that makes sense. She threaded them perfectly and cleaned them up with tweezers AND the small scissors. No burning afterwards, no bumps, no irritation. Gel Full Set- It’s been a minute since I had a full set but I knew exactly what I wanted. Coffin shaped, not too long and definitely not too thick. When I say this is THE BEST FULL SET I’VE EVER HAD…no lie. Ruby was very detailed when cutting the coffin shape and applying the polish. The color I chose was one of those that you could possibly see the underlying color of the acrylic under it…IYKYK. Ruby made sure to go over each nail to ensure there was full coverage with this soft pink I chose. My nails are beautiful, not flimsy or bulky. I already received SEVERAL compliments on both my toes and nails. Overall, the atmosphere of the salon is very nice, there are plenty of stations to sit at for either a manicure or pedicure. The staff all seemed friendly and welcoming. This is my new go to nail salon.

I have always been satisfied with Louis and his work on my nails. I have been going to him for about 3 years now and he's still GREAT at everything that he does! I enjoy getting my nails done by Mystic Nail Spa in Pensacola FL they are the BEST PLACE IN THE SOUTH!!!

I went in yesterday and the manager did my nails. I loved them, quick service with great attention to detail!
