BEWARE‼️ THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY AND RECEIVE A SERVICE YOU DO NOT REQUEST‼️ I asked my tech for a specific set of nails. He said could do it. He buffed, shaped and put clear polish on my nails and asked me if it was okay. I asked him to file down one nail because the shape was off and crooked. He got upset and did not want to file it claiming that’s the shape of my nail. Mind you I only asked to reshape 1 nail. I’m not asking for perfection. All the nails were far from it! Shape was not well sizes were all off. I was kind and respectful and asked again. The tech laughed and said that he could not finish my nails. CASH THE OWNER WAS NEXT TO US HE SAW ALL OF THIS! And did nothing! The tech wanted to check me out. I was confused and asked if I would get another tech to fix nails. Cash said I had to wait because they were full. I had no issue waiting for another tech but the customer service and attitude made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to get my nails removed I could pay for the removal and schedule another day that they weren’t so busy and more calm. Cash said that if I wanted my nails removed I’d have to $60 bc they did a full set. I still wanted to go on with getting them removed and they refused! I was still composed and kind I trusted they would fix my nails and they didn’t! I was sat for less than 5min when they forced me to pay. At the moment I felt awful. I couldn’t speak my eyes watered because my voice was not enough. SPOKE TO CASH THE NEXT DAY EXPRESSED HOW I FELT AND REFUSED TO SEE HIS WORNG. He said I was being too “picky”. If I were to go to a restaurant and eat the food. Do I expect it to be free? I was offended since the service I asked was never given. THE NAILS NOR THE REMOVAL! I never asked for free service! I am willing to pay for what I choose and request. Not for what a salon chooses to do on me. CASH IS A SCAM‼️ Take your money elsewhere.

My mom and I both went for manicures and spa pedicures. Our nails came out gorgeous, and service was fantastic as always. Classy Nails never disappoints. Thank you Junior and JP for the fabulous service and making every visit such a pleasure :)

Very nice salon with good pricing. I'm new to this salon so I've been trying out different techs and they've all done a great job. I chipped my most recent set and they fixed it for me at no charge. Thank you 💗
