Ann's Spa & Nails Lounge Auburndale

My mom and I had pedicures and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the place from the moment we walked in until we left. Roy and Angel both did a fantastic job! We left feeling very relaxed and pampered. We highly recommend these two and we will be back.

In town for vacation and I’m glad I chose to get my nails done here. Lily was amazing!! 🥰 she did such a good job, paid attention to what I asked for, and was very friendly! After she did my pedicure, Jennifer did a quick manicure for me and she was great too. 🤗 Services were very affordable. Whenever I’m back in town I will definitely be coming back.

Took my mother there to do her nails. I am very disappointed in the service that she received. Her nails were rushed because the nail technician that was doing them said “she had a dentist appointment at 3 and had to leave” .. why take a client if you know you don’t have ample time to deliver the quality of service that they are paying for. Her nails look horrendous!!! I would never recommend this establishment if this is the quality of customer service offered..

It’s unfortunate that this even happened. I’ve come here before and have had no complaints but today not the case. These are my actual nails and I asked for a manicure and gel polish. The fact that my nails ended up looking like this is sad. My smooth, polish was lumpy and the excuse I was given was it’s because I had to file your nail and get the polish off your skin that’s why the polish came off. Then I was told I can come back tomorrow or the next day and they’ll fix it. Now I appreciate the offer but after paying $115 dollars for a manicure and pedi I don’t think this should have happened at all. For that price the service should have been on point. Willing to travel to never go here again.

Always such a great experience when I come here. Very professional and nice crew! They take such great care of me and my mom every time! Mia & Paul are my go to for nails & pedicure.
