2025-07-28New to Jax and tried multiple nail salons u til we found 3rd Street Nail & Spa. Great quality, fast and friendly service. The owners are honest and caring to their customers! My daughter accident dropped cash on the floor and they went out of the way to return it. Great honest and quality business.

2025-08-07Worst ever foot massage. I think technician was Toy. She didn’t introduce herself. She just rubs the same exact spot FOREVER until every nerve is on fire and she will go to another spot and repeat. Not relaxing or even pleasant.

2021-12-18So this place is okay. I wouldn’t go if you want a manicure to last. I got these done a week ago and they are already lifting. There was no prepping of the nail and he didn’t push back my cuticles. Also he sold me on getting a gel pedicure which I don’t normally do but he told me they would last at least 3 weeks. Well a week later and two of my toes are peeling. They were all pretty when I got them And did like them. They don’t last though and the acrylic has bubbling in it which I don’t love. Over all it was okay but I won’t be coming back I’ll keep looking for a regular salon to go too.

2025-08-17From out of town and needed an immediate fix for my nail that broke and was spanning across the center of my nail bed-ouch! Got there and it was closed! Open sign on but completely dark and no one present
