I’ve made Sunshine Nails & Spa my “nail spot” since I first walked in, December 2024. Regrettably I don’t believe I’ve yet to leave a review! Both Twee & her brother are phenomenal humans and deliver outstanding results every time! Are you anxious at nail salons? Are you OCD when it comes to your nails? Well feel anxious no more. They want to make sure your get exactly what you’re wanting so they’ll check in with your during the process and encourage you to speak up if you’d like something changed or even just a little filing touch up on that one nail that sometimes looks like it’s crooked… you know the nail I’m talking about!! They do too and will shape it to your desired shape & direction. I believe they do accept walk-ins based upon availability. I always call ahead to schedule in advance or to see if they have an appointment time available same-day. Be prepared to leave hungry (in a good way) and possibly inspired to become a chef bc the tv’s always have fun cooking shows on! Over-all sensory over-out-put is good for those who may get overwhelmed in busy public environments. 10/10 would bring someone with any sensory processing sensitivities here for a mani/pedi.

I had a horrifying experience here. When I walked in I was not greeted with compassion and directed to a chair. Vivian who is the owner was my tech. Once she sat me down she started on my nails and was also on the phone paying an invoice. She did not measure my nails or file them all the way and I felt like she was rushing the job. She was distracted and was talking bad about customers and on the phone multiple times. I did not have a lot of time today and I have heard about how she treats complaints so I did not ask for anything fixed but my nails do not look up to par for an owner of a salon and I do wish I would of voiced my concerns. My right hand is curved upwards in a way that has never happened but my left hand does not. I will not be returning, not just on the outcome of my nails but for the unprofessional customer service alone.

I am new to the area and very particular. I have been to this shop since relocating and love Jennifer doing my pedicures. However, there is much to be desired from the owner. Very unprofessional. I needed my nails taken off quickly due to infection prevention protocols at work because one broke and I didn't have time to get a fill so I just walked in. I experienced the same attitude I witnessed her have with others. I was also told that because I was spending "big money" I had to come back in the afternoon as a walk-in. They only take the appointments that make money in the morning. Keep in mind I am a regular customer that spends over $150 and tip well. Also keep in mind it was 1020 am and not a single customer was getting service and I counted at least 4 people sitting waiting "to make money." A take/soak off takes less than 30 minutes and I feel she could have made an exception and KINDLY explained next time I need to make an appointment or come later. No exceptions. I kept trying to clarify whether an appointment would have got me service in that moment or if it that didn't matter and she KEPT trying to argue. Ma'am. I'm not trying to argue, just asking a question. I also would have understood her tone if I was not a regular customer. So between her poor hand hygiene, coughing without covering her mouth, poor nail design/art work that I ALWAYS have to redo and now this, I will be looking for another shop. Do better.

I went in and asked for my weeding set. I definitely got charged for a wedding set… but I could’ve had my little sister do them and they would’ve done a better job. I am soooo sad and disappointed… please look at my pictures. And I paid $155.00 for this… only to go and try to find someone else to fix this… not only that, but they gave me “big boss” to do my finger nails and still a total disaster. My toes, the corners of my nails were butchered! They were all squared and shaped better when I got there. My nails look horrible and the powder I paid an extra $15 for was not evenly distributed and the acrylic is very deformed. I am beyond disappointed! This can not be my wedding set! It was Vivian. You did my nails too and update! Look at the recent picture from today. I keep telling her not to file so much. Not even a week later and my nail is gone! I can’t reply to you, but it was totally your nail shop. Please see receipt!
