2025-04-09They do not know how to manicure natural, delicate nails. The tech used the drill on my cuticles and destroyed my nail bed. They have also forgotten how to use regular nail polish! My toe polish was smeared and she saw it but didn't fix it. Disappointing. 😡

I will go back again for sure :) this pic has already been a week and regular non gel polish. Holding up very well and I am super rough on my polish.

2018-01-18The paint is uneven and you can see my nail that didn't get painted on the sides of a few fingers and toes. I was quoted a price before we stared, but when I went to pay he charged me an extra $5 for polish removal. He said it was up on the menu board, but all I could see was Fake Nail Removal $10, not Polish Removal! He got instant karma for lying to me about a $5 charge though, because after I paid and we sat down to paint my nails he spilled the nail polish all over his khaki pants. I know that paint isn't coming out and I hope lying about a $5 charge was worth losing a pair of pants lol.
