I am very disappointed of the service my mom received at this salon. This has not been her first time here and every other time she has come out loving her nails just today was different. My mom was set with Jaileen and she asked for a simple acrylic ombré set. She showed a picture of what she wanted which is attached below and was very hopeful and excited for this set. Firstly, when she was cutting and shaping the nails she didn’t check if they were all evenly sized as you can see in the photos. Then, when I looked at the moms nails you can see how badly the ombré was done she first did the dark color and then the light which made the ombré come out streaky and odd none look like a true ombré on her nails. It looked like she was rushing and while I understand it was close to closing it was rude when she brushed off my mom when she told her that there should be more of the darker color in the ombré which is such a simple request. Not only that but there is hair on the nails and there is a nail the was shaped crooked.

Wow! This is absolutely the most phenomenal nails I've ever had; I am thrilled with my experience here! Anna is truly an expert: she not only gave me the most beautiful nails, but she also educated me along the way. She makes me feel heard and gives me the results I am looking for. I had a horrible experience at another salon; they damaged my nails and they looked terrible. Anna saved me! She helped my natural nails heal and grow. She is a master of her craft. Thank you for helping me feel so cared for. I will never let anyone else touch my nails!!

Ana is absolutely amazing, as is the salon as a whole. The salon itself is clean, well-kept, upscale, and relaxing. It’s like a little piece of the world tucked away for pampering. Ana did my first manicure and it had been over a year since I last had one, she was patient with me and really took her time making sure my nails looked as perfect as they could with how much my cuticles had grown. I also learned a couple of things about my own nails from her, about nail beds and the strength/shape of your natural nail. We started with a beautiful red that I also got a pedicure done with, and Ana was extremely meticulous. I left feeling like a new person. Fast forward about…almost 3 weeks later to today, my natural nails had grown some more and the gel manicure was due for some work. I called and asked for an appointment and they were able to give me an appointment with Ana the same day. Ana hit it out of the ballpark again. Also, it was crazy seeing how much my natural nails had grown and how strong they were, but what was even crazier was the perfect color Ana mixed together for me. I asked for a darker red and she mixed two rich colors together, a red and a deep plum, and it was the richest wine red I had ever seen. I am so happy with my nails, they look perfect next to a glass of wine. A big thank you to Ana and Deko. Definitely recommend the salon and her anytime. Cheers! 🥂

I just recently moved to central Florida and his is my first time and first place to have gone get my nails done. I lived it. Didn’t have to wait, just walked in and sat down. Loved my nail tech, she was very attentive to what I wanted. Definitely going back.
