I had such a great experience at Amy Nails and Lounge! I got a red set and it came out SO good — literally obsessed. everyone there was super sweet and took their time. i’m already telling all my friends about this place. definitely my new go-to nail salon!

I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I booked an appointment specifically for SNS nails and confirmed this when I arrived. During the appointment, I was asked if a “gel builder base” was okay. I restated that I wanted SNS and was reassured by multiple staff members that it was essentially the same service and price. That turned out not to be true. I left with a gel builder set that I did not ask for, my nails were not the coffin shape I requested, and I was charged more than I expected. Within the first week, my cuticles were sore and pulling, and the product started peeling and breaking within 1–2 weeks. The quality was so poor that I had to soak them off almost immediately. This was not the service I booked or agreed to, and the experience left me very upset. I do not recommend this salon.

I have been coming to Amy Nails for a long time. Amy is a sweet hard-working female and mom business owner. She dedicates herself to excellent customer service and provides high quality nails that last and always does them just as I like them. She switched to me from S&S to Build nails. What a great decision! It takes a lot less time to get your done and are beautiful. Amy is quick, professional and I always get compliments on my nails 💅🏻She also has a wide selection of polishes and services. I see below that someone gave her one star, but that reviewer never actually came in?? 💅🏻 (They complained about the parking. A small part of the parking lot is temporarily closed.) In my opinion, it is not fair to leave a bad review for something Amy had no control over and this person never had a service. So with that, I ask you to support a small business female owner and give Amy Nails a try. You will not be disappointed.🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amy is great & did my dip mani so fast, pess tgan 30 min. Probably the fastest service I've ever received and it turned out beautiful. And she helped me color match a previous mani. Everyone was nice, place was very professional & clean. Thank you!

It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. Amy, makes sure you love your nails before you leave. I got gel extensions and a pedicure. If I wasn’t smiling while looking at my nails, Amy would ask what’s wrong do you like them? Always verifying I was satisfied. I will definitely be back! I got tom and Amy for my services. Phenomenal!!
