2025-11-22I want to like this place so badly because they are so conveniently located, but I have such a bad experience every time! I got a new set of acrylic nails- which are very bumpy and uneven. And the chrome I got on top is already chipping- 3 days later. The guy who did my nails was much more concerned with whomever he was texting on his phone the entire time- quite literally stopping every ten seconds throughout the entire appointment. Perhaps if he had been more focused on his work I would not have paid $70+ for nails that look like a 5 year old painted them on. As someone who gets chrome quite often - it should last weeks, not days. Avoid this place- the crap result isn’t worth the money and they certainly have no respect for your time or acting professional- put the freaking phone away!!!

I’ve been getting dip done on my natural nails for two years… I have never had them crack on me ever or a problem this quick. I was in the area and needed my nails done, I know now not to ever go back there. Extremely dissatisfied. Update: this morning they are starting to come off.. $50 for this, not even two weeks..

2024-12-24I tried this location out (Union V) after going to the other Union location various times. I really wanted to have a great experience as the salon is beautiful and the staff were friendly. However, I was left with lopsided nails that were inconsistently filed, stained fingers, and FOUR cuts on my fingers from the filing. The techs seemed to be rushing through the process and didn’t take the time to clean up the edges or use careful technique while shaping and trimming the nails. The design turned out cute and I love the color selection, but overall this was a highly disappointing experience and will be reconsidering where I get my nails done.
