Canaan Nails & Spa

I have never been to this nail salon before today, but since my usual place was closed early today and I was desperate to get my nails done, my manager at work recommended Canaan nails so I decided to try it out! I was so pleased with the service, I showed them a picture and got exactly what I wanted. The environment was quiet and peaceful and clean. They even gave me a mini massage at the end of my nail appointment, for a refill on my acrylics with St. Patty’s day nail art, it was only $46 plus tip. At my other place it would’ve been $60 plus tip. Thank you Canaan nails for making my day :) I like them so much I’m going to schedule 2 pedicure appointments with my friends and have them be my regular nail artists, you have just gained a new regular 🥰

extremely unsatisfied. katie, my nail tech was extremely unprofessional and rude the entire time i was getting my nails done. she cut my finger and brushed it off like nothing had happened. at one point when i had told her i was in pain, she replied with “no you’re not”. she also seemed to be extremely bothered by my presence the entire time. every little movement i made would lead her to let out a big sigh afterwards. this whole experience led to me having extreme anxiety the entire time because i did not feel welcomed. i would not recommend seeing katie nor going to this establishment at all for that matter.

I was recommended by a friend and was extremely impressed. The salon is super clean and they even have pedi chairs for kids. They were able to take me as a walk in and Katie did an amazing job on my nails. She was able to fix my broken nail and make it look so natural. The back massage is an amazing surprise too! I’ll be going back for sure 😊

Worst place i have ever been. Nails were all uneven and the tips should have been a little wider. I will never go back nor will i ever recommend this place to anyone. Very dissatisfied. I brought my friend there for her birthday and at least she didnt have the same person do her nails and hers came out much better then mine. The guy who did my nails needs to find another job

Each time I come here there is an issue. Last time I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes after the appointment time and finally left. Tried again today. Called last night for an appointment, got there this morning and they have no record of it. Poor, poor customer service. I will never attempt to come here again.
