Elegant Spa and Nails

I had a great experience with Zoey and wanted to leave an honest review after seeing one that didn’t reflect my visit at all. Zoey was attentive, professional, and thorough throughout my service. She took her time with nail shaping, cleaning, and cuticle work, and made sure everything looked neat and well done. She checked in with me and paid close attention to detail — nothing felt rushed or careless. I actually travel 35 minutes just to see Zoey because her nail art is amazing. Her artwork is creative, precise, and always turns out exactly how I want it. My nails are consistently clean, even, and beautifully done. I’ll definitely continue booking with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for quality nail care and detailed nail art.

⭐️ Review for Zoey This was one of the worst “deluxe” nail services I’ve ever experienced. The salon itself is beautiful and the front staff were great, but Zoey’s service was extremely disappointing. I booked the Deluxe Spa, which clearly includes nail cleaning, reshaping, cuticle work, lavender scrub, mud masque, hot towel, and moisturizer. I barely received half of that. Zoey spent more time watching a movie than paying attention to my nails. She even refused to clean under my nails at first, saying “it could be anything under there,” and had to double-check with someone if they even do that service — even though it’s written right there. When she finally did it, I had to guide her through it. The scrub and masque were rushed and lasted maybe two or three minutes total. Nothing felt “deluxe” about it. For $55, this was absolutely not worth it. I was actually planning to get a pedicure too, but after seeing how careless and rushed she was, I decided not to risk it. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. Zoey may be good at basic nail work, but her service, attitude, and attention to detail were terrible. If you actually want the service you’re paying for, do not book with her.

absolutely recommend this nail salon! they take their time and focus on attention to detail. my nails are perfectly shaped and the design is exactly what i wanted. their pricing is so reasonable and the employees are very kind & welcoming. i will absolutely be back!

I had an appointment with Zoey for eyebrow wax, lamination, and henna!!! She just finished school so she is very up to date on the new aesthetics! I have curly hair and eyebrows, my app was scheduled for an hour. Even so, she made sure to make my first experience great. As my curly eyebrows were a little harder to laminate! I was overthinking the process. She reassured me to relax and that it was going to look good even with my stubborn, curly eyebrows. Also, made sure to wax again after lamination and henna was finished. As she was cleaning up and seen some things that needed more attention. I really appreciated that. I had grown my eyebrows out for THREE whole years due to over waxing in my younger years. I left feeling so BEAUTIFUL! Ladies, the wax, lamination, and henna took not only my confidence to 1000, but also my pictures! They photograph very well! THANK YOU, ZOEY. I WILL BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

Yesterday was my first time ever going to Elegant Spa and nails. It’s was a very good experience. Love my nail tech Zoey she did an amazing job on my nails. I will be coming back to see her. Thanks again Zoey
