First, I want to praise Katie’s precise attention to detail. Throughout the process, she took great care to ensure each and every strand of my hair was lightened to perfection. Second, she was informative throughout the entire appointment. Each step of the way, she ensured that I was comfortable and understood how we were achieving my desired result. Also— not only did she preserve the integrity of my already lightened hair, it is healthier than ever!!! 😄 It was clear to me that she is a very well-educated, talented and skilled professional. She is also very kind and warm to her clients! Long story short, I highly recommend Katie’s services!

I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but didn’t know how to explain it kind of wanted dramatic but subtle but I just a couple reference pics I liked and she nailed it! It better than I could have imagined. And she broke down the prices gave me different options. She explained everything she was doing because I haven’t had my hair done professionally in a really long time. I will never go anywhere else again.
