I am nervous about changing my hair. What is your styling approach?
We completely understand that changing your hair can make you nervous! Our key stylist, Christina, is renowned for putting anxious clients at ease. We begin with a thorough consultation, explaining exactly what needs to be done and the best way to achieve your desired cut and color while maintaining hair health.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, and what are your hours?
We highly recommend booking in advance, as we have a very loyal clientele. We are open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Can you accommodate last-minute bookings or out-of-town travelers?
While we highly recommend booking ahead, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute visitors and travelers when scheduling permits. Travelers passing through the New Haven area have praised our responsiveness and exceptional styling quality.
