2025-12-20Always perfection!! Amazing customer service and friendly staff. I always leave happy and I receive so manycomplimentson my nails. I moved away two years ago and I still travel 45 minutes to go to Lisa Nail Salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

2025-11-02I asked for medium—length nails. These are short, and uneven. It took 1.5 hours for acrylic nails and it’s not even close to what I asked for. My sister got a simple dip nail with no tips and hers took 2 hours. It should never take 2 hours to do a terrible job at something. Acrylics are 30-45min everywhere else and dip on natural nail has to be faster. This was a really upsetting experience.

2025-09-04Terrible service. The owner or the lady in charge of the salon keeps changing the ladies from place to place. One cleans your nails, then the another comes and finishes the work. When I complained and asked why she said that it was my fault because i was not clear when I asked for the appointment. But this was not the first time she did the same thing. She asked refused to finish the service. We had to go to another salon to get out nails finished. She’s disrespecful to the ladies that work there too.
