2025-08-26I've been here many times and always like the actual service, usually an eyebrow wax, that I receive. This time was no different, had no issues with my actual service. Be aware though, that if you are even a few minutes late for your appointment through no fault of your own (leaving 35 mins+ for what should be a 10 minute trip, late due to downed wires), you will receive a pretty nasty phone call. I'm trying to reduce stress, not increase it, so next time I will just go even closer to home.

2025-01-10I always have an amazing experience at the benefit cosmetics in New Canaan! And today was not an exception. Esthetician did a fantastic job with my brow wax, and brow and lash tint. Her attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.
