First time coming to u-mi Nail & Spa and I loved it .. Nicole was the person that did my nails & her shaping was on point she worked fast .. I also got my pedicure done & I enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely coming again

Tried this place for the first time. The experience was phenomenal. The coconut 🥥 honey 🍯 pedicure was so luxurious. My nails came out pretty perfect! 💅🏽 The ambiance is very peaceful and the atmosphere is very clean and serene!

First they give $5 off service for a review so don’t believe all the good reviews. I’ve been here 5 times. The first 3 times were great. I always get gel X And the first 3 times they lasted 6 weeks. The past two times were a bad experience. The first bad experience, the nail tech told me that I couldn’t get short square nails with the gel x tips. which was false because I previously got it 3 times at the same salon. She had to take them off multiple times and reapply them because she kept filing in the sides making them narrow instead of straight, until another tech came over and properly shaped them. She also applied way too much pressure on my nails causing dents in my natural nails and causing one finger to bleed. After I left the salon I looked at my nails and seen they were uneven, nail polish on my skin, air bubbles and a piece of one nail was completely chipped away, I went back in immediately and said I was unhappy with the service. This was on a Friday and they offered me to come back on a Monday. By the time I got back on Monday 2 of my nails had came off completely and others were lifting. They fixed them free of charge. This past Friday, I went in for another gel x full set and the nails looked great However, within two days, the nails were lifting Again. I called Sunday to come back in to get them fixed and I came in today on Wednesday. When I arrived, the man immediately started complaining saying I need to stop getting gel x because I’m always coming in with a problem trying to get another service for free. However the other 3 times I came in I had no problem. I said I’m not trying to get a service for free. I’m just trying to get the nails fixed that I paid $60 for. He then starts trying to apply glue underneath the top of my nail. I stopped him, and I said my nails are lifting all the way down to the middle and down the sides applying glue just to the top won’t fix the issue. He wiped off the glue and tried the same technique with gel glue. And I tried to tell him the same thing that it wouldn’t work. He said just let me fix them for you so I let him Apply the gel which wasn’t even the same brand that they used the first time, the gel x glue initially used is more durable and lasts longer. After they dried It was still the exact same lifting, it didn’t help at all. He didn’t even check to see if the lifting was gone he just proceeded to file my nails. I had to check Myself and I showed him the lifting and he said let me just apply another layer of gel. So I said to him, you can either take off the ones that are lifting and reapply properly Or just take off all the nails and just give me a refund. And he Proceeded to repeat to me I’m just here trying to get another free service. And I tried to explain to him that I’m not the one who applied the nails I’m not the one who caused the nails to lift if I’m paying $60 for a service they should not be lifting within less than five days. And for him to say I’m trying to get a free service Doesn’t make sense because I didn’t ask him to take off all the nails. I asked him to just take off the ones that are lifting, and if six of them are lifting thats not fault because again they should’ve been applied properly. If I was trying to get a free service, it would make more sense to get the free service two or three weeks after the initial set because coming in five days after getting the full set isn’t really getting a free service because my nails still look as fresh as they did the first day I got them done. I’m not asking for a shape change or a color change so me coming in to get them fixed this soon as a free service wouldn’t benefit me in anyway, if those were my intentions. And while I was trying to explain this to him, he said to me, you’re saying too much to me, I’m not the owner. Poor customer service for their mistakes.

I absolutely love this nail salon! It’s always so peaceful and relaxing every time I go. The staff is incredibly nice, and you can tell they really care about the details and making sure you’re comfortable. My nails always come out perfect — and the best part is they last for weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great vibes. 💅🏽

Mother daughter nail time success. Such a great experience. Clean, friendly, such great work and I almost fell asleep multiple times during my pedicure. My daughter got nail art for the first time and it came out so beautiful!
