My appointment was at 9:00am. I was there before the doors opened. When I made the appointment I asked who I would see so that I’d know who to ask for. I was told Sylvia. When I arrived and said I had an appointment with Sylvia, they sat me in a chair and no one addressed me for 15 minutes!! Then when she arrived she sat down and asked me what length I wanted. My nails were off centered and too thick. When I spoke to the manager and told her, she said they sat me there and had me wait because I asked for Sylvia! I only asked for Sylvia because she was recommended by them!!! Then the manager said she was the only person there that could do what I asked for!!! If you’re the manager and you want to build your clientele, why recommend someone that does shoddy work??? Her remedy was to give $10.00 off (which was a special they had) I will never spend another dime there!!

I had an appointment for right when they opened for gel removal and a normal manicure. The gel removal went fine, but when my manicurist found out I did not wish to get gel again, her demeanor changed. She immediately started rushing, which I believe shows on my nails. The polish application is very uneven with some spots being extremely sheer. As for the top coat, some nails are not fully top coated with very clear separation. I am extremely disappointed, as before I could even say anything, she grabbed my stuff and ushered me to the dryer and grabbed her next client.

Very great service here. Clean all the time. The owner is very nice and often greets her customers by name. Usually you can call and get an appointment the same day.

Gardened like crazy after this week old, powder dip manicure, with chrome polish a.k.a. the glazed donut manicure! I washed my hands really good and out since lotion on! They’re still perfect! Absolutely love CECI’s! Ceci is THE SWEETEST! And her staff are wonderful. I wish I could remember the girl who’s been doing my nails but it’s only been 2 times that I’ve been getting manicures. Been getting pedicures since she first opened and will stay loyal! Love this place. Super clean. And reasonably priced! 💅🏼💕

Such kind, hardworking folks! I had a great experience visiting this business today. I got my first ever gel set there and Flor did an incredible job -- I was so impressed with her precision, patience, and attention to detail. Quality work at very reasonable prices and kind atmosphere -- would highly recommend!
