2025-10-24I’m very unhappy with my experience. I don’t like how my nails turned out at all, and the entire process felt rushed. The nail technician was very kind, but she applied the pink gel sloppily and worked so quickly that it seemed like she was in a hurry. She was filing my nails so fast that the filing tool brushed against my skin a few times which really hurt. There was gel and nail polish left on the corners and underneath my nails. I’m also really disappointed with the color. I asked for a sheer, warm light brown shade, but the selection was very limited. I picked one I thought I’d like, only to find out they didn’t have it, so I chose another “sheer” color that ended up looking nothing like the swatch and not sheer at all. Overall, I’m just very dissatisfied with how they turned out and feel like I wasted $50 on a rushed nail job.
