I had such a wonderful experience here! I called last minute after work to see if they had time for a manicure and pedicure, and they told me to come right in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted so kindly. I don’t get my nails done often, but I needed to for an event and couldn’t decide on the right shade. They were so patient and helped me find the perfect one. It was a cold, dreary night so the salon was quiet, and honestly it felt like a treat. While one of the ladies worked on my pedicure, another sat beside me doing my manicure at the same time. For a moment I felt like one of those rich people on a reality TV show getting pampered by a whole team! But what stood out the most was how genuinely kind and conversational they were. They did an amazing job on both my hands and feet, and I was out in under an hour, which has never happened to me when doing both services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loved the customer service and attention to detail! There are a lot of nail places to choose from, but I will be coming back here because they are very thorough kind and particular about their quality of work. Highly recommend.

Mike and Tina are so sweet and talkative (which I personally enjoy at a nail salon) They were so kind to me and willing to do what I needed. I feel like I got the exact result I wanted! I did go with a classic French and I don’t live here but any time I’m back I will be coming here! I even broke my middle finger nail earlier in the day so I needed to get a tip added to just one nail and you can’t even tell! Perfect job!

Saw a few bad reviews and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Staff were very nice, but unfortunately the actual full set manicure I got was really bad. The man who did my manicure did not clean the station from the previous woman at all before pulling me over to do my nails, there was dust and trash all over. I asked for them to even the length of my nails, and he added length to a few, but then over-filed the others so they were all very different lengths. When I told him they weren't even, he acted like he would fix them and then didn't. Additionally, he over filed my nailbeds, causing pain, and also nicked my cuticles on 6 different nails, causing bleeding. He also did not fully dust off the nails between coats, so I was left with grit under the paint. The acrylic is also extremely uneven and thick in parts. Some nails look nice, others are flat or very thick on one side. My fingers also had several areas of my skin covered in polish bc he was not being careful. And lastly, the filing job on the side of my nails was awful. I had shredded hangnails that got caught on everything on every nail. It's almost like he filed a split in my nail instead of filing the edge. I hope they improve their cleanliness and procedures more, as I left feeling very unsatisfied and honestly worried about infection. Pictures were taken the day after.

I was a walk in and it was my first time visiting the Nail Spa. It was a very nice established shop people was very nice. My nail technician did a great job and I will go again. I had very little wait time although I didn't have an appointment.
